I will never blame a business owner for not trusting his workers because there are so many workers out there who carry out dubious activities in the company and they will let the company go bankrupt.
This is why you see that some business owners are always harsh and they always want to know everything going on in the business even though they have someone that they have employed for the role.
Those people must have experienced something like that and they don't want the same thing to happen to them twice. It is quite understandable.
