Yes, one can get the real business lessons in real life situations, you can offer yourself as a volunteer or an intern in a business centre to learn about the business. I don't think you don't have to go to a business school, you can learn business management through real world environment or by working in a business organization. You will only learn theoretical knowledge in business school. Most of the people who teach you business in business school are not business man themselves, they do not have practical knowledge. Therefore, you don't get the knowledge that you need for the real world. You can learn more about business by listening to Musk for 10 minutes rather than 60 minutes form your professor
