Balance diet has all the essential food nutrients in the right proportion. Is that the real definition of balance diet? Well, where I'm right or wrong is something closer to this definition.

The how do we called some diet a balance diet? Do such diets contains all the essential food nutrients in the right proportion? How sure are we that some might not be more than the others? For example let's assume that we are all making one soup, will all the same ingredients be in equal proportion as we say?

I'm just ask, if the amount on onions in the soup are more than the amount of peppers in the soup is it still balance I just want to know.?

I have been thinking of this for more years but today is the right time for me to ask on right platform. I don't understand she they say balance diet while one ingredient dominate over the others.

First and foremost; what is balance diet?
Balance diet is the building of a proper combination of varieties of various classes of food, for the appropriate circulation to be meted in our human body.

As it is, balance diet is not a proper mode of choosing meals, picking one class of food and leaving the others.

Each classes has it's own role to play in our body.
The body builder can not play the role of the energy giving food, neither do we expect the vitamins to play the role of the body builder.

Well, there is also a tendency that each classes has a little of each others to play in the human body.

However; each of them are masters of their own.
They has their greater roles to play.

But looking to the way many of us great food, we only go about consuming them because most of them are delicious.
Further more; we do not like to put into consideration what those food varieties will add, or it's advantages to our body.

If we want to leave healthy, and we need what will enhance our growth: we should delight in balancing our diet.

Not balancing our menu, eating randomly has brought about malnutrition to many people.

At most, this malnutrition has occurred in the lives of children.

When we eat, we should consider the health of our children also.
If we want their growth, we should implement the proper balance diet rules.

If you still wondering if there is anything called "balanced diet"? Balance diet is the healthier way to eat because it's based on a balance of nutrients. It is not a diet, but a healthy lifestyle. In order for our body to be healthy, we need to give it the right amount of vitamins and minerals. The Balance diet does just that!

The human digestive system is a complex collection of organs that work together to break down the food we eat and absorb nutrients from it. In order for this process to function properly, various elements must be in balance—if one or more components are missing, then the body will not be able to survive. Balance diet ensures that all the necessary components of digestion are present in a specific ratio.

If an individual does not have the correct balance of these nutrients in their body, then they will not be able to digest food properly and absorb the necessary nutrients from it. When this happens, an imbalance occurs and the body begins to deteriorate. In order to restore balance, individuals should make sure they are eating a balanced diet with all important nutrients present.

Your question is somewhat tricky. Like we were taught in school, we need balance diet in order to grow well and leave a healthy life. But what actually is balance diet all about?
Looking at it from your view, if all food cooked was to contain all the nutritious content, we'll probably be eating concoction since we want to make sure all food ingredients are measured to fit in so as to balance all the nutritional content. Having a balance diet for me means eating healthy, for example, you drink tea in the morning (with bread), ate rice In the afternoon as dinner and then ate beans and bread for lunch. From this example, you can see what you ate throughout the day contains carbonhydrate, protein, etc. An unbalanced diet is one whereby an individual takes or eat food containing one nutritional content, if you eat too much of carbonhydrate and lack the intake of vitamins or protein that is an unbalanced diet. In conclusion, what balance diet means is trying the balance the nutritional intake without lacking the other and also not having too much of of a particular nutrient (class). We should try to leave a different life so has to improve our health and makes the body immune system strong enough to fight disease.

Of course balance diet is real, is it is simple. Every healthy individual do have what is called a balanced diet. It is simply having a balanced meal, a meal that comprises of all the basic classes food and nutrients the human body needs to function properly.

The best way to eat for health is to choose a variety of foods from each of the 5 food classes every day.
We were taught in our basic education that there are six classes of food.
We know that the carbohydrates provide us energy and we can get that from eating foods that give that. Foods like rice, yam, bread and many more,. Protein is there too for body building and slit is seen it foods like beans, fish, meet, egg and some others, vitamins and minerals can be gotten from fruits and vegetables. Water can also be gotten from fruits and vegetables, gotten from beverages, from drinks but it I more important to take water as natural as it is. Fat is another class of food that adds to our balanced diet. There different types of fat, some fats are dangerous to the health, some are not to be eaten much. Heathy fat can be gotten from egg, butter, yoghurts, soya beans, milk and some others.

Balance diet is important to keeps a healthy body and a good frame of mind.

Yes, a balanced diet is a real concept that is important for overall health and well-being. A balanced diet involves consuming a variety of foods in the right proportions to provide the body with the nutrients it needs to function properly. This includes a mix of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) as well as micronutrients (vitamins and minerals).
A balanced diet typically includes:
  • Fruits and vegetables: These are important sources of vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
  • Whole grains: Whole grains such as brown rice, quinoa, and whole wheat bread provide important nutrients and fiber.
  • Lean protein: Lean protein sources such as chicken, fish, beans, and tofu provide important amino acids.
  • Healthy fats: Healthy fats such as olive oil, avocado, and nuts provide important nutrients and can help lower cholesterol levels.
  • Limited amounts of processed foods, sugary drinks, and foods high in saturated and trans fats.
While it can be challenging to eat a completely balanced diet all the time, making an effort to incorporate a variety of foods from each food group can help ensure that you are getting the nutrients your body needs. It is also important to consider your individual needs and goals when planning your diet, as factors such as age, activity level, and health conditions can affect your nutrient needs.
