One Indian exchange is not crediting the users account for the BTC received since they want the passport or driving license of the sender, a Barcelona, Spanish company. Usually the passport is only for individuals, the company may not have a passport, so it may be difficult to get it credited. In this case, can the recipient ask the exchange to refund the BTC sent, so that she can ask the customer to resend the BTC payment to another crypto address which does not require a passport? Has anyone faced a similar problem with receiving BTC payment at an exchange?
