The designing of the entrepreneur's factory is directly the responsibility of the entrepreneur but that of the architect. However, it is his responsibility to hire the qualified architect who will translate his ideas of production outfit into a physical building model to be constructed by a building engineer. As pointed out earlier, the model to be developed will be in line with the specifications of the entrepreneur and some of the contents include immediate and potential accommodation requirement, latest completion date, building life span,the anticipated site as well as the maximum costs.
These specifications will be contained in a brief which the architect will utilize to develop a sketch plan be discussed by management. If the brief is higher that the cost expectations of the management, a review will be made that will bring down the cost to meet the target expenditure.
