In a large-scale business organisation responsibilities and priorities could be subdivided into various individuals specified for handling such kind of responsibilities and activities. For example an accountant in a business organisation is responsible for processing and interpreting financial data recorded in the business books of accounts so as to know whether the business is running on the loss or profit. For the purpose of this thread we would only be talking about a financial manager and what he does and how he must carry out his responsibilities and activities in the business organisation . By definition and description a financial manager is considered to be an individual in a business organisation responsible for the handling, processing, documentation, recording, and interpreting financial data of a business organisation and although his duties may be similar to that of an accountant but the only difference is that a financial manager is more superior to an accountant why an accountant is less superior to a financial manager, in other words a financial manager is the boss of an accountant.
One of the main reasons why businesses are being established is for the purpose of making profit and making business revenue. Business revenue cannot be sufficiently an adequately used to in a business organisation without the knowledge of the financial manager of the business . A financial manager may necessary be different from the owner of the business.
