Their should be proper market research that should be carried out or taken by the one who wants to become a business owner. The market research will guide him or her, to know exactly what's needed to be sold as products to customers, customers demands is a priority and it comes through the market survey, which will determine the kind of things customers love based on the business niche the individual is going into. Their are persons who doesn't take into account of all this things, that's why they crumble today, because they fail to analyse the kind of products they'll be selling to customers, which brought them low sales. Location contributes to the welfare of the business too, when the shop is located in a poor location with less targeted people it will definitely slow down sales mostly for offline type of business. So, it is indeed important to look into the location aspect, and also the security of the business.
