Predictive marketing is a way of selling products and services. Predictive marketing incorporates all the approaches to anticipate future customer behavior. The theory of predictive marketing is based on the real time detection of the behavioral patterns of an audience, so as to provide them with a personalized consumer experience.
The use of predictive approaches together with the cross-referencing of user information collected will be helpful in the precise analysis and determination of when and what product or service a business’s client will use.
Hence these predictions are made based on customer behaviors observation and data collected from customers that use data mining. And for what is predictive marketing? It is to product specifics to the customer.
