In a manufacturing business like a medium size factory the equipment is the most important asset because that is the center of operation. One example is a printing press that it cannot function without the printing machine. It is important to have the machine undergo preventive maintenance regularly. For an outdated equipment it is best to spend for a new one instead of refurbishing the old one. A new one has more functions and more modern that is worth the cost. It may be a big expense on the part of the owner but the new machine will definitely enhance the production of required output.
