Buying a semi-commercial lot for commercial rental

If you have a bigger amount in buying a lot for investment the advice is to buy a semi-commercial lot which is more expensive than a residential lot. Semi-commercial means the lot is situated in a secondary road but can be the main road of a residential village. Unlike the lot in the main road or avenue, the lot that is in the main road of a village is cheaper and taxes are not also exorbitant.

The lot can be used for a structure that would be intended for a commercial space. A moderate size of lot can accommodate at least 3 units of commercial space that can be a store or a small eatery. The remaining space at the back can be a parking space or can be converted into a vegetable garden. What’s good in a commercial space structure is the simple rectangular architecture that is 1 story which costs much less and faster to construct. In a matter of 6 months you will already be earning from the rent.
