The managing and the operating of a business organisation it's not something that is considered to be free and smooth because to some extent managing and operating a business organisation has some rough areas which if not properly attended to or taken care of could totally lead to irrepairable damages and irreversible repercussions to the business . Becoming a business owner or a business entrepreneur is totally a fun but serious position which he should never play with . Managing and operating a business could be so interesting especially if you meet up a business perspective and achieve expected business goals and objectives some of which include : succeeding at attempting expected yearly or monthly profit , succeeding at employing the best employees and workers , succeeding at making your business unique in the eyes and views of members of the public , and finally making your business to be chosen by investors for the sealing of business deals . Despite the fact that the above scenarios are enjoyable conditions in business , you need to be ready for the worse .

Increased cost of production , handling of toxic business clients and customers, and serious or economic governmental crisis could be the most paramount demerits or disadvantage to managing a business organisation . It takes a wise enterpreneur or a business owner to still maintain his business perspective , goals and objectives , despite situations and conditions like this .

As you have said above business is not something that should run smoothly. An entrepreneur should not expect that his or her business will be so perfect without any fault, war or disagreements. Sometimes competitions may arise among fellow entrepreneur that is went to entrepreneur deals in the same production of goods in the same locality they will tend to be competition sometimes this competition can even lead to envy why is because customers tend to pretty nice a particular entrepreneur neglecting the other day is a tendency that a we can rise up among them which can sometimes lead to disagreements and even jealousy resulting into war. And also another thing in which will show that a business should not run smoothly is the consumers itself. As you have said earlier some clients are toxic and most times can be annoying if a entrepreneur is not patience they both can have disagreements which also contributed to the business not running smoothly. Even political stability can also make a business not to run smoothly

It is totally true that business is a combination of war and success and that is true and clearly seen on the leaves ways that businesses are being managed and controlled today by business type of business owners and managers with different perspective and different methods of business management . It is absolutely true that they are no specified method of managing a business but as long as businesses are being established same also occurs to the various ways and strategies of managing and operating a business been established too .

We need to be careful when establishing and managing a business so as not to make our business to incur on necessary repercussions and unwanted consequences . Sometimes business problems and issues may not be caused by the business owner but rather they cannot be entirely exempted from within the midst of the business organisation but in order to successfully tackle them we need to be creative and considerate during the management and operation of the business organisations .
