And a person can not work beyond 20 hours in a day. Imagine if he hires more 4 people making 80 hours in a day.

I quite understand you. Expansion is one of the things every entrepreneur whether young or existing one prays for in their business but my point is that as a new business owner, such business requires your undivided attention as there is no such person who can take care of your business like you - not even your paid employees. By giving the business your own attention and time, you will be able to know which area requires to be taken care of and what the next thing to do is.
