It is absolutely true that there are some behaviours that some business owners exhibit that is considered to be despicable one and unwanted if he or she want to successfully manage and control a business . Although it may not seem mandatory and compulsory but yet our attitude and behaviour totally matters in their life and in the existence of our business and even if we are a business manager or possibly a sole proprietor it is 100-percent advised that our attitude and behaviour that we exhibit as human beings must be slick and span basically what that means is that it should the unquestionable . A lot of business owners who own and control huge business organisations absolutely have the thinking that one of the ways that they could make their employees to be able to handle to handle business goals and objectives is primarily by the use of force . No matter what there is absolutely no human being the love to be forced to do things that he or she possibly would not do .

In a business organisation it is advised never to use Force to control your employees this is because there are more likely to focus inferring you being the manager than to focus on growing our business goals and objectives and this is absolutely distracting . As a business manager you must understand that no human being is perfect and from time to time we are possibly considered to make errors and mistakes , and so you must not expect perfection from your employees and workers .

We have already been advised possibly by our parents and our guardians and also even by our teachers why it is important that we let go of negative activities and bad habits that are possibly stopping us from achieving something better in life and even in the life of an individual who possibly could be a business owner of a particular business organisation he or she is mandatory to exhibit some qualities and some habits that only leads to the successful rate of the business . It is absolutely true that some business owners do not see the link that their habits and attitude possibly have towards the life of the business but to be sincere there is absolutely assure and strong link between your attitude and between the life and existence of a business .

There is absolutely no individual that will not to patronize a business that is being managed and controlled by a rude and never approachable business owner and when a business owner of a business manager develops a habit of being rude and unthankful to his employees and work is it is absolutely a very big problem and the business organisation may not succeed in achieving its goals and objective as expected and as planned .

We just have to be as careful as possible when we establish a business and we also at the same time must understand the reason for which a business is established. Mostly the main purpose of business existence is customer satisfaction and these things must be put in place to have a smooth running of a business.

When you as a business owner is not interested to perform your duties by offering the best product and services to people then you shouldn't really expect a successful business because obviously you are not doing what is expected of you as a business owner.

I wouldn't advise people to be rude with customers for any reason because customers will not likely be the one to lose , you who have spent so much money to establish a business is likely to lose when the business is no more progressing as you expect it to be.
