Although the step you have listed above can help people learn about their new job perfectly , but in reality this won't be easy as you may be thinking because before you are being employee into any business organisation , the most important thing your employers will ask of you will be the level of your experience.

I don't know why but it seems most employers are not always interested to hire someone without experience into any business organisation of theirs.

That is why I always advise that anyone who has a skill to offer or is qualified in one way or the other must try as much as possible to get the necessary experience that will help them gain employment. you should always be prepared at all time that you don't lose any single opportunities.

It will be easier for you to get employed from your little experience, then whatever your employees need of from you can be learn along .

Yeah experience is always on the employers mind especially when it comes to work that needs practical skills or working with machineries. The employer will always want an experienced hands so that you don't come and damaged their equipment. But even with your little knowledge it might not just be enough. You know that technology is dynamic what you must have learned yesterday might be outdated today so you need to brush up or somehow learn 9n the job. Experience is as important as learning on the work. This is why I created the topic of why it is important to work while still schooling you would have been able to get the needed skills, expertise and experience to add to your resume.

Again having the needed experience will help you get a better pay package than one that's just starting out because the company might need to pay for a training session for the new employee. So if you are a good social person you might just learn very fast from your colleague or teammates on those ones you are yet to know about.

But the bottom line is that if you want to be efficient even as a new entrant into a company you learn on the job

1. If you are new to the job, you should start by learning about the company's products and services, its customers and the industry in general. This will help you understand how your company fits into the larger picture and what kind of role you will have within it.

2. Once you have a better understanding of the company, you can then focus on learning about what it takes to get ahead in your career at this particular firm.

3. The best way for anyone to learn is by doing, so make sure that whatever jobs you take on allow for some hands-on experience with the product or service being sold or distributed by your company. Some companies will even let you do some research on their own products before they distribute them in stores or online sales outlets.

4. Another great way to learn is by asking questions of those who work at your company as well as those who work in related fields such as sales or marketing departments. You can also ask questions of others who have already climbed up through the ranks at other companies and see what they learned along the way that might help guide your career path.

Your no 4 is reality the way out is always to ask questions. The truth is that no way misses their way when direction is constantly asked. So if you want to learn fast on a job it is good to learn very fast by asking relevant questions and keeping it in ones memory. Yes it is good to ask questions but don't be incessant with it so as not to bored people. Maybe writing it down will help so that you can always refer to it than asking and asking everytime.

Another is using the eyez and paying attention to what others are doing. For me I prefer watching others and doing the job my o we n way. Doing it this way will help one to be creative and unique in one's own way. So for the new period you are joining an organization it will be good to concentrate to learn more.

Most companies and business organisation will always organise and made every arrangement for people that are coming newly into their organisation to learn and understand everything needed for them to carry out their duties and responsibilities effectively.

Learning about the company's product could be handled by the marketing department of that business.
But all the same , in any area we are planning to get employment , it is always very important for us to carry out our own personal research at least to really have some experience and understanding about how the company operates . Nowadays it is even more difficult for companies to take people and gives training because most companies will always need people with experience..

For me , when thinking of getting employment , I rather try as much as possible to get experience all the area I am willing to concentrate on , this will save me from a lot of stress.

Yeah it is good to always make your research before starting out on the job but the truth is that sometimes what we meet might just be different with what is obtainable in a place of work. You know companies have their ways of executing their duties. This is what makes them unique and outstanding so you don't expect them to have the same routine with others. Because of this the tasks given though might be the same but the way of execution might be different. With this will come new ways it doing things to a new worker. What you would need, will be to learn on the job.

Some really good companies arganize training immediately for new recruits . This is always a good one because it helps the Jew workers to acclimatize quickly with the jobs of the company. it is always good to learn on the job so that you might get noticed easily as the good worker you are

First of all half of the companies will let you a good period as observatory either it is your PFE or you are working summer stage required by the university or new worker. To start working you need to be patient a lot as they will not let you start practice unless you have 3 or 4 months to observe how people are working and understand the mechanism. Most people are bored in this period and don't concentrate on work instructions. Second, you have to be someone friendly and establish good relationships with workers.
