Best way to motivate a good worker to stay long in an organisation

Some people believe that increasing workers salary will make them like the job and also make them stay longer in the organisation but I think there are other better ways to motivate your workers to stay longer in your organisation. Example, good relationship with your workers.

The best way to make a worker stays active and even longer in his works is if you really appreciate his efforts. Everybody loves being appreciated. And this appreciation can come in forms of different things like maybe giving incentives, promotion and even bonus. Then you need to make your workers count. You don't need to treat him like a slave but as a servant

you don't need to do any over motivation in your place of work and any co-worker that is not ready to work and abide in the rules and regulation of a business organisation should be given a warning or sack, but you should be flexible with your colleague in the place of work and also take suggestions from them if possible.

The reason many organisations or companies lose their hard-working and passionate work out is because they don't have the knowledge a retaining good workers. There are several ways in which an organisation or company can retain their hard-working employees such as giving of annual bonuses, organizing tours and so on.

My opinion is that you have to make your workers feel comfortable at the workplace so that they don't actually feel like they are at work. Of course you don't have to take things too easy or make it too much comfortable because then workers will think you are a soft person and take advantage of you.

Most people leave their jobs because the boss puts to much pressure on them, and there is too much work to be done that's not worth the salary. Just don't make your workers your "slaves" that have to work for your at 110% capacity everyday. Give them breaks every couple hour,let them eat /drink if they feel like it, let them listen to music. This kind of things make people feel comfortable at their workplace and this also increases their productivity.

Many people believe that increasing workers in your organization will make them stay long but I don't believe on increasing of salary.
The only way to maintain your workers is by appreciating their efforts and also paying them on/even before time.
This will make them enjoy the organization.

To me the best way to make good worker to stay long is to make realise that they are very important and relevant in their field .
Secondly ;let them know that they are somebody even if they think that they are no body in the company. These will surely give them more zeal to do more and like to stay long in the company.

In a situation whereby you value a worker and he has brought many deals to your company, in this case you find out that all your customers love and prefer this work more than all other workers and you find out that this worker is planning on leaving the job. what do you think you should do that will make such worker stay more longer.

My wife was with a bank for more than 30 years. There was a time that her boss was a moody executive that would yell with the reprimand to shame her subordinates. But the company is good with the benefits and the promotions come often. There is not perfect employment and usually it is a mix of good and bad.

Cash incentives, salary increments, promotions, etc are the tactics that can be used to motivate a good employee. people will do well if they see better rewards for their work. If the worker does not receive any rewards despite his good performance, he will lose motivation. When the worker does not have the motivation to work, his performance will reduce, thus your business will fail.
