I agree that it is very difficult for some sellers to sell on Fiverr and make money, at least in India. Fiverr does get a lot of positive coverage online, on most of the blogs which are ranked well on search engines, yet the reality is that some sellers do not have any sales at all for years, and some accounts are closed without reason.

In the past you have access to buyer request on fiverr as a new seller. At present it is no longer available for someone who just sign up with fiverr. You only have to rely on external source of traffic to make sales from your gig. This is the reason why I like people per hour. The system over there is open for every new seller.
