In this article, I will be showing you six foods that can keep your body warm during cold periods.
1. Sweet potato.

This root and tuber crop is an excellent source of vitamin A, C and potassium. They are also notable for their high carbohydrate content, which requires more energy to digest. The vitamin C in sweet potatoes also helps to combat flu and common colds, hence making it ideal in cold days.
