You don't need to know what questions to ask or how to prepare, just call up the agent who has the listing you want and ask them if they're interested in selling their property. Then, follow up with a phone call or email--they'll be more likely to take your call if you make it easy for them!

2. It's affordable! Cold calling isn't expensive at all. you can do it from home or on your lunch break! And if you find yourself getting nowhere with one agent and need a second opinion, there's no charge for that either!

3. It helps build relationships with agents who are already working with other buyers who are looking for properties like yours (and vice versa). This means when someone else comes along (like me!) who also wants that house but doesn't know anyone else who can help him/her out... well then we're both happy because now we've got each other's back!

I always thought that cold calls were not a good idea for business. It's hard to believe that you can really make sales that way.
