Calcy place a vital role in our body function it makes blood to circulate move muscles and release hormones in our body and it also help to carry messages from our brain to other parts of the body and this calcium is also a major part of tooth and Bone health is it also makes our bond to be more stronger and dense if you did not have enough calcium in your diet your body we take the calcium from your bones your body actually don't produce calcium you're actually realise it on your diet so we should make sure that you consume foods that are high in calcium like dairy products standings dark green vegetables white beans and calcium fortified bread lack of calcium can lead to a lot of health issues when you have little calcium it can increase the risk of developing osteoporosis or porous bones that's easily fracture and osteoporosis are mostly common in older women the question is also essential for children as they grow and develop because it does not have enough calcium in their diet they will not grow to their full potential health or they might develop some other health issues, calcium is very important for our health
 
Calcium is important for bones teeth through out your life although the calcium is the best way to get calcium supplements is the best way if your diet fall short, before you take calcium supplements make sure you know the dosage you need before taking it, your body need calcium to make your teeth and bone strong ,how much calcium you need depend on your age and sex male or female your body doesn't produce iron so you must get from other sources
