Managing a business can be a very difficult job. You have to deal with the employees and also manage customer complaints at the same time. You also have to deal with daily expenses and many aspects related to finance in your business. My real question is about managing finance because people usually hire accountant to manage financial activities and maintain records. However, I believe that being a business owner, it is also your responsibility to know about how accounts and finance works. Accountant might be really helpful to manage your money and finance, but the basic building block of managing and maintaining the finance must be set by the owner. Otherwise, it will be very difficult for the owner to know how profits and loss work. So, being a business owner, do you look and manage accounts as well?

That you are the owner of the business does not mean that you can manage the fence is coming into the business. it is very important to employ people who are professional in their jobs to handle the financial situations in your business if you can. some people make the mistake of managing the finances of their business when they don't have the knowledge of how to do so and they are not disciplined enough.

Most entrepreneur normally love to manage the financial duties of their own business because of the money involved in hiring a different person for that. It all boils down to the person handling the Financial duties well and this can only be done through learning. Nevertheless , the right thing to do in most cases is to employ the service of an expert to manage the Finance of the business.

A business owner needs to be involved in all the department of the school. Not because they are people there already then you think you should leave everything to them. So even in the account section of the business, the owner must be involved to check the books to avoid any fraudulent activities that might be brewing

Yeah it is very important that the business owner money turns everything that goes on in his business. You may leave everything to people you employ and you may not know that they will run the business down which is very bad and no business man wishes for that. It is also very important that if you want to venture into any business, you must have knowledge of how to run your business successfully.

Yes mate but this is one mistake that business owners do. I don't know if it is out of ignorance or what. They will have the huge capital to start a business but will not have the time again to oversee it which is the most important thing. Business not cared for effectively by the owner will collapse sooner or later

Apparently, we are all aware that managing a business can be very hard most times. But the harder part of managing a business is the financial aspect of a business. You have to be accountable on everything you are spending and receiving. If not, if you can't make accounts on your business financing......You may wreck your own business.

For a small business it is the duty of the business owner to be on top of the financial chores particularly the profit and loss statement in the accounting of the business. But for a bigger business it is the accountant the manages the financial documents and the owner is informed thru a memo or an official periodic report.
