Be Aware of Gastritis and Prevent it

One of the biggest health problems faced by the people today is gastritis and chronic gastritis. And this is due to the fact that a lot of people neglect their eating schedules due to their hectic work lives.

Gastritis is an irritation of the stomach lining caused by poor eating habits, stress as well as anxiety. If you are leading a very messy lifestyle, then, it is time to become aware of it and prevent this disease. At times, there may be no symptoms.

However, the most common symptom for gastritis is the burning sensation or the pain in the stomach, accompanied by unsettled stomach, dizziness, etc. It is common to find signs or side effects related to gastroesophageal reflux, such as stomach ache.
 
Thank goodness I don’t joke with my food schedule maybe because I’m on a journey that needs me being very cautious of my health. I like to eat when I’m expected not necessarily when my body it and in small portion too. I have had issues with my stomach too
