Working as an employee in company or business organisation in a foreign land can be so daunting and depressing . A lot of people don't seems to focus more on the problems and issues there may face being an employee in a business organisation that is been established in a foreign land . No doubt there are advantages and merit work in a foreign land for example : you get to me paid or compensated huge amount of salary compared to how you would be paid in your Homeland , also you get to enjoy prestigious and attractive privileges and other business in kinds . Hence, working as an employee or worker in a foreign land can put in the spot of being a victim or subject of discrimination and tribal prejudice possibly as a result of your different skin color from the multitude who reside there , or possibly as a result of your language or accent differences from the actual citizens of the country .

The barrier of high tax payment , is also another main problem faced by employees working in another country . For example you are a Nigerian who happen to work in a business organisation in united states , no doubt you may be qualified for foreign earn income , yet you are still mandatoried to pay taxes and other monetary duties to the necessary authorities and bodies .

Although it could be totally refreshing for one individual to make money in another country by having a job over there for example an individual who is a citizen of Nigeria can totally like it if he or she has a job in the United States of America and that is because he stand a chance to enjoy more better paying jobs because the currency of the United States is absolutely and totally superior to the currency of the Nigerian country . But apart from this which is the salary rate they are other things that we need to consider which sometimes could be as a demerit of a barrier to being an employee in a business organisation in another country .

You could be a subject of discrimination and also you could be a subject two tribal prejudice and that is true Because for one reason you do not speak the same language as majority of people and possibly your accent is different from their own . Language barrier also could be a problem .

-Being surrounded by different cultures, might place you in situations that you aren't used to being in.
-You will most likely be experiencing jet lag and the tiredness that goes along with it. -Your social life may be affected by this move as well because it is difficult to maintain friendships with those back home when you're separated by such a large distance.
-If you are ever homesick, then get in touch with those back home on a frequent basis, so that they can help keep your mind off of things like missing them. Always remember that in "the land of milk and honey there is no place for cowards". Don't expect to pick up and leave everything behind without any consequence.

Some employee working in either our country or other country might face barriers or discriminations because they do not belong to that country, most times it is not easy to even get a job when they found out that one behave different from them, especially his mode of dressing may not be the same like in Nigeria we have native clothing like rappers or wax materials etc, some times the color of one skin and his language can cause discrimination to one self.

Most of this foreigner may start up as refugees in ones land and because the are not born or brought up there they may be discriminated or look down upon.

But this is not the right way to treat visitors who reside in our country one is expected to treat them kindly and help out when need is expected, though some foreigners may come in as spy but our behavior and conduct would do alot more.

Some times this ones may not feel free to express themselves with others because they are afraid of being mocked or look down on.
