Working as an employee in company or business organisation in a foreign land can be so daunting and depressing . A lot of people don't seems to focus more on the problems and issues there may face being an employee in a business organisation that is been established in a foreign land . No doubt there are advantages and merit work in a foreign land for example : you get to me paid or compensated huge amount of salary compared to how you would be paid in your Homeland , also you get to enjoy prestigious and attractive privileges and other business in kinds . Hence, working as an employee or worker in a foreign land can put in the spot of being a victim or subject of discrimination and tribal prejudice possibly as a result of your different skin color from the multitude who reside there , or possibly as a result of your language or accent differences from the actual citizens of the country .
