I do not agree with the point #3 that there is no room for diseases. If that is true then the gyms should not have been closed in this pandemic era since the customers who do their workout in the gym has no room for diseases including covid virus. That is an irresponsible statement that may give a false sense of security to the public.

There is a former senator here who is past 70 now and still addicted to the workout. He spends 3 to 4 hours in the gym every day. He has the good looks with his nice biceps and triceps that he is always wearing t-shirt. However, I don't believe that lifting weights is a good exercise for it can abuse the joints. If your bones are not strong then lifting weight can also cause a fracture. If you are lifting weights you have to know that is good and what is bad for you.

Those are very good points you have made. Weightlifting is a very good exercise that helps the body in many ways. Not only men do weightlifting, even women do it these days. Mostly, weightlifting usually helps in increasing body strength hence making you very strong. Which will enable you to do most of your work easily.

Just like any other form of exercise, weightlifting is very useful for your mental health. Being physically active usually makes the brain to release feel good hormones which suppresses stress and reduces anxiety. Hence you stay light headed with a clear mind that deals with any challenges pretty well.

Weightlifting and all forms of exercise are also great for your physical health. They don't necessarily leave room for no diseases like you said but they surely improves the body's immune system. That way, you don't get diseases easily and when you do, your body is able to fight them stronger.
