It is not in all sense thy businesses tend to be held accountable when customers and client misuses products sold and purchased by themselves. Nowadays there are a whole lot of misleading advertisement shown in the internet or even shown via the radio device or television sets , and while watching this advertisements a particular individual could be more enticed and drawn to buy a particular product and as a result of this he or she is mislead to buy a product not worthy enough to accomplish the purpose it was actually bought to accomplish , and in such a situation it is okay and right to say that the business organisations who are the owners of such business products should be the ones to be held accountable . But in a situation where an individual buys a product like drugs from a drugs selling business environments in order to use either for the purpose of curing a particular illness or sickness he or she is suffering from , the drugs in particular was prescribed and adequately explain to him or her concerning its uses and its dosage so that the person taking the drugs cannot exceed or proceed how the drugs should be used to taken .

But sometimes out of an individual's ostentatious mindset he or she can possibly exceed or proceed the amount of drug dosage, which could lead to improper use of the drugs and in such a situation the buyer is held accountable and not the selling firm .

In my own perspective and view it is not in all situations businesses get to be held accountable when a particular customer or client misuse is a product . In a situation where a customer or client has constantly and sufficiently advised on how to use a particular product but yet due to his desperation of his or her mind and heart he or she could possibly go ahead to take an overdose or an underdose of the products in order to have more perfection with the use of it . In an event of situation like this the consumer of the products is the only person to be held accountable due to his desperation .

But in a situation where a business owner misleads and misadvises his customers and clients about the uses of a particular product for example when it comes to the use of cosmetics and creams, a particular vendor supplying customer takes and creams can totally misleading his customers and clients about the users or about the actual information of what a particular cosmetic or cream actually do and because of this is that he or she want to make extra income which is absolutely bad .

It depends on so many things, if as a person you just went to a drug store and buy a drugs for yourself and probably how these drugs will be taken has not been written down for you then it is your responsibility to refuse taking such drugs until you get further instruction from your doctor on the right dose of drugs to take.. even at this point the medical practitioner are to be blamed because that is their responsibilities and they should never fail to do it whenever a drugs is being prescribed to a person.
.

But if every instruction has been written down and a client refuse to heeds into those instruction then you don't have any reason to panic because you won't be blame for any reason, after all you have told the person the right way the drugs should be taken but they have purposely refuse and want to do it a way a pleases them
