Whether as an employer or an employee the concept of humility in business must be carried out by the both parties . An employer being the head of the business organisation can show humility in great numbers of ways , he first of all should not expect pure perfection from his workers and employees he must understand that humans are imperfect . He also must endeavour to hear and consider their opinions of his employees because sometimes I guess from employees could help boost performance the business in one way or the other .
In addition a humble employer is willing to carry out an employee tasks especially when an employee is not around or is sick . Although carrying out employees duties as an employer could be viewed as demeaning by various business rivals and competitors .

On the other hand employees can show humility by humbly listening to the voice and words of the employer , they shouldn't outspeak their employees in any way but rather follow the guidelines and principles set aside by their various employers . Finally a humble employee wouldn't be a troubleshooter he should be a peacemaker who finds joy in everything he does in the business organisation or environment .

Humility is one virtue that everyone should imbibe. Humility has a way of uplifting those who inculcates it.
In a business setting, employers, employees and even clients should put up humility.

Most people may view a humble employer as one who is a softie and can be taken advantage of by subordinates. But that is not always the case.
A humble employer would not see himself or herself as bossy but as a leader who treats every one equally and carried everyone along.
A humble employer would pay close attention to his subordinates and clients, and welcome their opinions, appreciate their contributions, and give them freedom to exercise their abilities.
A humble employer would take employee welfare to heart. He or she would pay employees salary as at when due and motivate them in any way possible.

A humble employee would not put up pride because he or she is skilled and thinks no one else can do better than him or her.
A humble employee would show respect to his or her employer, colleagues and clients.
A humble employee would welcome teamwork, and respect the contributions of others.
A humble employee would perform his or her tasks consciously, not just because he or she is paid to do so, but also because he or she is bent on riding with the vision of the organization.
