Thank you for the information ,it is quite educative I actually wanted to mention exercise but I've come to understand that exercise may not actually be possible with people with arthritis because of the infected joint.... I think the best cure for arthritis is using Orthodox method which is traditional means.Herb is very good for such ailment.it will be healing gradually and the body system will be back to normal.Most age people have the disease due to the system that is getting weak and some of the cells are not functioning well again.Good massage will be an alternative.
