This is a list of the most important quality management tools that are used in business.
Quality Control: It is the process of measuring and analyzing quality of goods or services. The purpose is to identify defects, variations and problems in products, services or processes. It helps in determining whether the customers are getting what they expect from the products.

Productivity: Productivity is said to be the amount of output produced per unit of input. For example, if a factory produces 100 cars in one hour then its productivity will be 100 cars per hour. If it produces 90 cars per hour then its productivity will be 90 cars per hour.

Quality Assurance: Quality assurance (QA) is a set of activities designed to ensure that a product or service meets explicit customer requirements, performs as expected and complies with applicable standards / regulations during development, production and delivery.

Quality Control Plan: A document that describes how different variables are monitored to ensure quality compliance at various stages of the production process.
