Are you making good decisions in your business?
When it comes to decision-making, the most important thing is being aware of what could sway you from making a good decision. Here are 6 things that could sway you from decision making:
Being afraid of upsetting people. You're not always going to make the popular choice, and that's okay! The most important thing is to do what's right for your business.
Letting others make your decisions for you. Listen to other people's opinions, but at the end of the day, it's your business. Don't give up control.
Ignoring your intuition. If something feels wrong, it probably is! Trust yourself and don't ignore the red flags.
Giving up because it seems too difficult. If you want to get or own something, you should work hard for it! Nothing worth doing is easy.
Not knowing your options or how they'll affect you in the long term. Make sure you know what you're getting into before committing to anything big—especially if it has long-term consequences.
Thinking only about money. Of course making money is a huge priority, but there are other things that matter too—like having a healthy work environment and happy employees! Don't sacrifice those things just for short-term financial gain.
