People have short span of interest in almost everything, so it might be difficult to have one person constantly patronizing your business. But it is still possible even with the stiff competition that a lot of businesses are facing. The sure way is to devise means of getting your customers thoroughly satisfied to keep them coming back for a very long time. These top 4 ways can do the magic for you.

Start by responding positively to all concerns: The fact remains that if you ignore your customers, they will also ignore your business. So you need to keep abreast of all their complaints and give the best respond that you can.

Teach them how to use your products: You want to have your customers remain with you, always take out time to educate them on how they can use the products to be efficient as they had wanted. Who wouldn't want to buy from a brand or store that spend time to teach their customers.

Check up on your customers: You would not want your customers to forget you, don't just call to ask if they need your products, call to know how they are also doing.

Apart from giving value for their money make them always feel special.

All the examples you gave out are truly worth it when it comes to keeping customers happy. Happy customers brings good number of sales, and when sales is recorded at extreme level profit is recorded much as well. So in anything we do, we shouldn't care less about our customers, they're the reason why we are in business operation. Neglecting one for another, shows spirit of segregation and that can pursue most of the customers away and leaving few who wouldn't last too, because our attitude will still chase them away when it is time. Good entrepreneur studies about this criteria before setting up a business of his or her own. In order to win over customers, and stay on profit long term. When it comes to maintaining business to stay over the test of time and keep customers in, it doesn't mean dealing on quality and affordable products, our demeanor to them matters. When the attitude is soured between us and the customers, such wouldn't make bout business to stay over the test of time. We last in a business when we meet the necessary requirements which is keeping good communication with our customers, acting politely to our customers, dealing on quality and affordable etc.

Yeah neatly stated keeping a customer forever needs one having a good attitude. I have experienced a very bad attitude with some sellers and I even get to hear from past customers of these people that they behave that way to their customers. And you begin to wonder how they wanted their business to start the test of time with such attitude.

Some businesses that gets fold up isn't just about lack of funds, the attitude exhibited by those that operated the business might have kept away customers. Tell me how a business no matter how promising it was would remain for long without customers. it is high time that sellers should know that without the right attitude, it becomes impossible to keep a customer let alone maintain a long term relationship with them.

As you rightly stated it is always important to he polite to customers this first shows that they are appreciative of the patronize abd will continue to appreciate as the customer returns to buy. This inturns will make the customer feel special and it becomes effort less for such a customer to always return to buy and this might be for a very long time. The mission by the seller will be accomplished.

Customers are the kings and should be treated like kings. People feel special when their presence is recognized and when they are felt physically. That's why it is incumbent on the business owners to learn how to "tie" a customer down lest they move to another sellers who know how to handle customers well.

Persuade not force: sellers should use all the sweet words he can think of while persuading customers to buy from him. He should even learn how to exaggerate, funny and even sugarcoating. But he should never force or feel bad if at the end of the day, the buyers didn't buy from him.

Good customer care: how will you treat your customers when you are faced with many customers that want to buy goods at the same time and you are the only person? Simple. Use soft words to sooth others down as you attend to them based on their arrival. Don't let one feel too important at the expense of the others. Learn when to joke just to let the other waiting customers feel at home.

Introducing of discount: you can start by asking them to buy two and get one free, removing some percentage ad their subsidy.

When you're in a relationship with a customer and they're not coming back, it can be hard to know what to do next. The truth is, as long as you've made your product great, it's really up to them to decide whether or not they want to continue using it.

But here are some ways we can help:

1. Make sure you're providing value. This means more than just making an awesome product—it means being able to offer something that your customers will love and value. When they know they can trust you, they'll be more likely to stay loyal to you.

2. Build relationships with your customers through social media and email marketing. You can't lose when you have access to the most important people in the world: their friends! And if someone does leave your service, that's when word of mouth really pays off—you'll have built a strong reputation for providing quality products or services for people who matter most.

3. Keep track of your customers' interests so that you can tailor future communications/content around them specifically. For example, if someone signs up for a newsletter but never reads it because they don't like any of the products you offer (or vice versa).

Your last point is apt, it is always good to pay attention to your customer needs and provide hen when due so that you would be able to meet their desires at all time. This is the only way you would be able to establish a good relationship with a customer that will boost a long lasting relationship.

personally I like buying from a seller that I know have my interest at heart because you would be having value for your money. The seller knows what you like which can include the colors of things, the shape and even the sizes. so you would not even want to try out another place

Sellers need to always find out how they can satisfy their customers. This is an easy way of getting close to your customer. We love the feeling of being treated well. so to get your customer liking you for a long time add value to their lives
