The customers would believe that you have their interests at heart and that you are not just after their money. I demand reviews from my customers in all of my businesses. It is necessary for you to always ask for a review , dependings on the type of business you establish. Normally the issue of reviews could be complicated in the sense that so many people may not always want to give honest review about your products in your present , but probably they can do it anonymously..

What I am trying to say is that if you are interested to get honest review depending on the type of product or services you are dealing on, then you have to do it in a way that people can said their own point of view anonymously without you knowing who is actually saying it.

Getting people to said exactly what is in their mind is very important because it will help you as a business to know how to handle certain situation and will also help you to know certain aspect of your business that are not appealing to the public.
