Tummy toning is a great way to get your abs in shape. It's also a great way to work out your back, shoulders, and arms. But what if you're new to working out? How can you choose which workouts are good for you? I have your back! Here are my top 2 recommendations.

1. Lying Tummy Holds: Lie face down on the floor with your legs together and arms at your side. Keeping your abs tight, lift up onto your toes and hold for 10 seconds before relaxing down again. Do three sets of 10 reps per set.

2. Bicycle Crunches: Sit up on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you, then bend over so that only your head is touching the floor behind you. this will give you a nice stretch in the lower back area. To make sure that it's not too easy or too hard, do one set of 20 reps per leg; then relax for 5 minutes before starting over again with another leg.
