The sun vitamin D is always advantageous to everyone, Infact it's always advisable people to bask, but remember, that morning sun when it's available is when most of us are reporting to work and that's to the majority of people in the world. Which we all go to work using cars or busses but during the weekend when I don't go to work, I bask alot most especially Sundays.
 
Vitamin D deriving from the morning sun is the best cos it's natural and good for our immune system. Though, we have vitamin D in the tablet form but medically, it's this natural one that's the most effective for the body. However, people can't take this morning sun intentionally only per adventure, cos people don't walk around that time unless you want to purposely sunbath.
 
Naturally, it is always healthy to bask in the early morning. It strengthens our immune system and make reduces the rate at which we fall sick. However, one needs to becareful in order not to mistake vitamin D, which is early sun to maybe noon sunlight which may cause fever. Many people have fallen sick of malaria because they don't know when to stop basking fit vitamin D
