Teaching is considered to be a noble profession in the world. Those who are teachers in any type of educational institutions, are honored by the people of the society. It is acknowledged that teachers are the builders of a nation. The good teachers are most often warmly welcomed, honored, and rewarded from different organizations.
If you are a good teacher in a college, what should you do in your educational institution? You should go to the office in time and as soon as it is time for class, you should present in the class. You should check the students if they learn the previous study. If any student is unable to answer, you should not beat him or her; rather you should inform him the proper importance of study.
If any student is absent from the class, you should try to communicate with the family, in this case; you may have to visit his home; it is love for your students. If you do these things, you shall be regarded as a good teacher in your college or any educational institution. What are your views about it?
