Forex traders are all over social media showcasing profits in hundreds of thousands $$$, there's basically no losing trader on social media, everyone is living the trader lifestyle and making money everyday, and when a struggling trader go on these spaces it makes them feel inadequate and failures, they feel like they don't know enough, most people on social media sell courses and signals, over time they just want to make money from you nilly willy.

By avoiding social media, you can use that time to work at your craft and become better, you can help yourself and get a mentor, focus on your growth, what are your thoughts on this?

Unfollow all influencers and focus on your own trading, it'll be beneficial to you long term than anything else, or if you can't get off social media completely you can lower exposure, research shows that it even messes up with your mental health.

I think that you need to start learning forex and trading yourself. Without these basics and knowledge, you will not even be able to distinguish scammers on these social networks from true traders. That is, you always need to be able to filter information, and if you don’t want to learn anything yourself, you can easily be deceived by various scammers and pseudo-traders.
