Who has joined Selar network for affiliate marketing?

I got to know Selar network through Facebook post sometimes ago and I tried to make research myself that it worked for affiliate program but the post on Facebook directed me to WhatsApp groups full of students learning how to participate in this network. The founder of the group was now asking to pay sum of #7000 before I could register. I didn't have the amount then I registered myself on the website but I couldn't get any affiliate link since then.
I asked the guy again he said I have to pay this amount before he will provide me with merchant affiliate links...
Anybody should help me out
