It is not always advisable for a business to relocate from an established location, especially if it has operated from there for a long time. But there are certain times that the realistic step to take to advance your business is to relocate. Some of these situations are:
1) Sudden increase in rent or lease: Of there is a sudden increase in the price that you rent the property you use for your business, and it is disproportionate, the best solution is to leave that place to another place with your business.
2) Limited space due to business growth: Sometimes, businesses start at a small premises due to financial constraints, there is a point they grow to and the space can no longer occupy them and they need to move.
3) Better business incentives in other locations: Some locations offer better incentives that would appeal to the business and make their profit bigger. A business might consider moving to enjoy these benefits.
