The NDIS Commission accepts complaints from anyone regarding:
  • Services or supports from the NDIS that were not given in a safe and respectful manner
  • NDIS services and supports that were not provided up to the required standard
  • How an NDIS provider handled a complaint regarding services or support for an NDIS participant
