Nowadays, many people are engaged in freelancing and many people are interested in it who want to start their career as a freelancer, but the biggest problem of freelancing is that freelancing is saturated and there is a high competition between freelancers for jobs or selling gigs.

In order to sell gigs or have a job you need to work hard and upgrade your skills, beside that you need to learn digital marketing because digital marketing is very effective for online businesses so you can use it to inform clients about your services.

How did you manage to face competitions as a freelancer? Share your experiences.

Freelancing is not easy money, is one of the hardest truth to internalize, it's not a way to make quick and easy money. It requires a lot of hard work and patience to build a successful freelancing career and at the end it feels like having a job, It also takes time to build a client base when you first start out as a freelancer, it can take some time to build up a steady stream of clients to be comfortable. you may have to do some unpaid work or offer your services at a lower rate to get started especially on freelance platforms.

You need to be self-motivated and disciplined because no one will motivate you, as a freelancer, you don't have a boss to tell you what to do or when to do it. You need to be self-motivated which can be hard for most people

It is actually impossible for you to succeed in freelancing if you do not have the necessary skills. Most of the time some people wants to make money on different freelancing platforms without mastering the skills they are offering.

If anyone is able to give you a job they will end up giving you bad reviews which will do your reputation on free housing platform a bad thing.

So you must take some time to learn some skills from those who already know about it. That is why I always encourage people to enroll into mentorship if they really want to make some tangible amount of money on the internet.
