The significance of a declining letter

When you apply for a job and you are eventually called to start a job but you no longer find it worthy, it isn't for you to just ignore the employer or recruiting team.

You need to still show courteous and politeness by drafting a declining letter to alert them of your position. So a declining letter is a notice sent to an employer to turn down a job offer. You need to do this to remain on good terms for possible consideration in the long run

in your letter you should show appreciation for the offer and briefly state why you are declining the offer and you need to be courteous and respectful about it.
