It could be different from person to person and country to country. It is dependable on so many factors, some of these are, investor's financial condition as some people bearing sound financial condition so $200 are nothing for them while poor people see this money as it is much more. The dollar conversion rate also an important factor as $1 here is of 290 PKR, which has some meaning but one dollar is almost nothing for people in USA. In my view an average people of my country must start investment from maximum $200 so they will be able to bear the shock of risk like sometimes the overall market crashes.
