Why it might seem that some staff in some business organisations get promoted faster and seemingly unmerited is because without any lobbying is because of just one factor. Those staff possess critical thinking ability. Why would staff with critical thinking capacity be valued by the organisation and promoted faster?
1) They can see a way through complex situations: Any staff that can think deeply and critically always have workable solutions to present to the company when the company faces crossroads. They are the ones that would crack the code of complexity and device a way for the organisation to forge ahead.
2) They can solve problems: Staff that are critical thinkers can solve any problem at all you present to them at work. They have a knack for solving problems. And that's why they are promoted faster so that they can be among the organisation's decision making organ.
