High blood pressure is one health problems that needs to be avoided at all cost because of the myriad of health issues that come with it. As the saying goes prevention is better than cure I think we need to go with this.

The good thing is that you can naturally prevent high blood pressure as such you need to know what to do to keep it at bay. The following ways are workable

Start by reducing your intake of salt or sodium in your food

Go only for healthy and balanced diet.reduce your intake of fatty foods.

Take enough rest to keep your body temperature stable.

Do exercise at least 10 minutes daily to stablize your blood pressure

Avoid stressing your mind over issues

What do you think?

Definitely, high blood can really escalate with stress, the body needs maximum rest and sleep for the hours that should be given to it. so if one has this health issue it is better to keep away from stress or anything that will stress the body. Then eat health foods it will help to sustain the body better

Definitely, this is one people with hypertension should consider. life style change is a thing for hypertensive patient. This is one silent killer that can cause sudden death and must be taken seriously. At least 8 hours of sleep must be observed and ample sleep taken if the body needs to be fully rested.

If your family has a history of high blood pressure, you are prone to high blood pressure. Even if your family has no known history of high blood pressure, you might be prone to high blood pressure if you are eating fatty foods, red meat, smoking, drinking, and living an inactive life. The best way to prevent high blood pressure is to exercise daily, eat a lot of vegetables, avoid saturated fats, and salts.

i always like the fact that there are always natural ways of dealing with sicknesses and I hope people would start taking it serious than just taking drugs all the time. with natural ways you would do it with no side effects unlike with drugs that you would have a side effects either from taking the drugs or being addictive to it. high blood pressure has its own natural ways of dealing with it. so people living with it should embrace it

When it comes to hypertension, prevention is better than cure. As there is no known permanent cure for it, but only management techniques, it would be much better if we worked towards prevention.

One important thing is to monitor the blood pressure, or just do routine health checks at a good facility, especially for anyone with a family history of diabetes or hypertension.

I also like to emphasize on diet, especially portion control and balanced diet. A healthy meal is one of the ways we can help out bodies to remain healthy and fight for us. It's also not too hard to do so once you are interested in doing it and dedicate time and effort to it.
