My mum told me that during some years times most especially in the 60s mangoes were all available but most people did not really know the main function of it but at times goes on more people begins to see the nutritional value and now mango is among one of the most expensive fruits here in Nigeria because of its nutritional value

Eating mangoes provides a lot of nutrients to the body and it is actually one of my favorite fruit that I like eating due to the taste and the nutrient it provides to our health though generally fruits provides a lot of nutrients to the body but I like mango in particular

Mango is very good for the health.it gives the body nutrients and energy.and also generally fruits is very good for the body because they help to rid of bad substances in the body.also fruits is very good for the health because it refresh the body and also protect the body from any sickness

I cannot do without eating mangoes anytime there is season for it. But the only thing I don't like about it is that it attests too much flies. That's why I love taking it indoors only. Not only that I love it for its scent, I love the fact that it gives vitamin as well.
 
I used to pick them from a cherry picker many years ago over in Australia. They squirt an acid out when picked from the tree
