Usually when builders start construction of buildings, apartment complexes, they accept flat bookings from home buyers and investors. The property rates are also lower in a building under construction, since there is no guarantee that it will get completed. Is it better to invest in an under construction property, take some risk and save money or purchase a ready to occupy home? Have members of this forum owning property, ever invested in an under construction apartment or flat anytime in their life?
