Out of all the qualities a good business worker , employee , and staff must possess . The quality of truthfulness also plays an important role in the life of a business through employees. Personally I think that truthfulness is the mother of all the leadership qualities followed by integrity , faithfulness , politeness , diligency , understanding etc . Most businesses collapse , liquidate , and go bankrupt today as a result of false information etc.

A worker , staff , or employee who is truth in all aspects of business activities towards his employer , manager , or boss place a major role in the business success and profitability. in today's world a lot of business owner lie to customers based on the products they intend to buy they do this by sugar coating basic information about a particular product and when the customer or consumer buys the product with the intention of the product to perform just like the description given to him or her by the seller , could be left disappointed.

Having a truthful employees in your workplace boots to business reputation in all ramifications. A truthful employee would not hide business profits he must endeavour to submit all accurate business book of accounts and entries to his manager or boss. Such interesting attitude of an employee good brings about promotion and allowances from the manager to the employee.

Every day, we see businesses struggle with the question of truthfulness. The issue is particularly acute when it comes to online reviews, but the concern runs deeper than that: how can a business claim what it claims and actually follow through on those claims?

This isn't something that's unique to our time. In fact, it's one of the oldest questions in business. In the beginning, there were no contracts and no written agreements, just a handshake and a promise between two people. And even if there had been contracts, they wouldn't have been binding—parties to them could still have lied about their intentions.

The problem isn't that businesses are trying to lie—it's that they're trying to claim things without being able to prove them. That leaves them open to all kinds of criticism, from customers and from other businesses alike. But if a business can make its promises verifiably true, it's free to claim whatever it wants.

When you're in the business of telling stories, it's easy to get caught up in all the fun of coming up with an idea and writing a script. Sometimes you don't realize that all those little details add up to tell a bigger story, and sometimes that story isn't exactly true. Even if it's not exactly true, is it still worth sharing?

This can be a tricky line to walk, but you can still try to be fruitful.

Been honest is truly a treasure and a rare commodity in today's business world as many are of the opinion that they can only make money by been dubious or tricky. There are people who believe that it is impossible to make money with telling lies or deceiving other people. For this reason many nations are seriously suffering a lot of setback, because they do not have a good reputation of themselves and this has greatly affected the imagine of such country at large.

When one is honest in business it truly pays as this will increase the trust ones customers has in us. And thereby increase the sales and income of the business. Honesty also builds the good will of a business venture. Many people has not really come to terms that a good name is better than silver a d gold. They are always about the temporary profit they will make by telling lies in the now. They forget what that lie may cause them in the near future.

It has affected my country negatively as well as people in the international community sometimes view us as dishonest people and treat us negatively when we move to other countries .

The importance of truthfulness and honesty in business today in very underrated. There are so many business owners who find delight in exploiting their customers or clients and they tag it as being smart. I consider truthfulness in business as being really essential for a business to thrive and dwell on sustainability. There is no customer who would be delighted to find out that he or she was cheated on the price of goods or purchase. Business owners who are just after the profits, forgetting that the welfare and customers satisfaction should be given topmost priority, because when you start loosing out on customers due to dishonesty, the profit you are after would decline. The state of the unstable economy is not an option for you to increase prices of goods incessantly. No doubt, when there is inflation, the prices of goods and services will be on the increase but some business owners always use these opportunity to exploit and leverage on their customers intelligence. Personally, if I find myself in such situation where I have been cheated, I will likely not patronize such store, because it is only normal to feel depressed when you buy the same quality of goods higher in price than others. It is high time business owners not see every opportunity as one meant for exploitation as this will have an effect on the business in the future.

Truthfulness in business nowadays is very importance because believing what is not true is apt to spoil people's plans and may even cost them their lives. Telling what is not true may result in legal and social penalties. Conversely, a dedicated pursuit of truth characterize the good scientist, the good historian, and the good detective.
