This is a very good farming idea, most of the food we prepare here in our country needs waterleaf,food like afang, vegetable soup, melon soup and the rest,so in this way waterleaf farmers provide us with waterleaf.
If you have like two plots of land, you can be making thousands of naira bi_weekly.How?
First of all, you'll employ workers who will help you create beds for your waterleaf planting, you'll need water, you'll need manure or fertilizer,most importantly you'll need security to watch over your farm when you are off.
Having let's say 15 beds of waterleaf,then every 2 weeks it's always ready for sale,you selling each bed not less than 5k, calculating the whole 15 beds you can see you'll be earning 75k every 2 weeks,then in a month 150k.Most civil servants don't earn that amount.
