A company that sleeps on staff welfare would lose all their employees very easily. And you know what, they don't always recognize the value of that staff till the staff goes to another organisation and does exploits. It is not difficult. Just give your staff the pay package that is fair within what you can afford. The problem is that most companies always cheat the staff who make the money by paying them far less than the amount they can afford to pay.
