How does pricing affect a business success.

Business owners and managers should understand that is one thing for them to sell high quality goods and services and another thing for them to get this goods and services sold to customers and client. Of course a customer or client would want to patronize high quality goods and services sold by a particular business venture but yet there would not want to spend out of their budget or out of their capability and ability. In most areas and regions of the world cost of living has increased however the prices of goods and services will also increase but yet it is expected that a business owner does not unnecessarily increase the price of its goods and services and this will affect the business growth and development.

Well some customers and clients are drawn towards the quality of a particular product or service there are also customers and client that are drawn towards the price factor of such product because they can only purchase what their pockets can carry.
 
Most businesses want to sell to everyone, I'm not saying businesses should sell only good quality and high priced goods or low quality and low priced goods, but businesses should have their targeted customers. Obviously you can sell high quality products for peanut but I am saying if you want to maintain high quality, have a reasonable price as well, however, you should have some products and prices appealing to the average people. Not all your products should be costly, but people should know that most of the things you sell is quality and those that need quality will come for it.
