Depression can plunge you into taking decisions you won’t ever think of taking if you where to be in your right frame of mind.
But do you know that with a company of friends you can bolt out of that depressing state?
Sure, you can. That’s if you have good and encouraging friends.
The ones who have each other’s interest in mind.
Stay around them.
✓You’ll know your worth.
✓You’ll see reasons to live.
✓You wouldn’t feel less of yourself and alone.
HOW?
✓You go outing together.
✓You all can go out shopping together.
✓They make you dress elegantly.
✓Their teasing keeps you alive.
'The hilarious ones' Makes you laugh a whole lot of your thoughts away.
✓Go adventures.
✓Make positive plans.
✓Work out.
What if you don’t have such kind of friends.
✓Make your siblings your best friends.
✓Your mom or dad could act as your friend in that faze of your life.
✓Listen to un-depressing music.
✓Go out shopping with them.
✓Keep yourself busy and not deriving pleasure in sitting idol to thinking.
✓Giving your self to much thinking at that point is really drilling, body, mind and soul. Note this also.
